Memorial Day Picnic

Was a success! Thanks to all who volunteered, all of our vendors, and to all the business's that donated gift certificates to our tree!

 We had many letters of support to deployed soldiers written, and we collected  a good amount of items to fill care packages.

We're still Collecting Soda Tabs & Wine Corks 
  ( for fundraising)

We also had a great time participating in the Stinger Sprint. Thanks Greenwich School for hosting us and participating in writing letters to deployed soldiers.

Our calender as of right now is a bit slow as we are gearing up for our summer travels to feed the homeless and hopefully tour some military bases so we can hand out cards and collect addresses of deployed soldiers to send to!

We are working on our fall schedule.

 Any scout groups that would like to host a meeting at our space or have us come to your meeting,

We make a craft with the kids,

 write a letter to a soldier, 

and assemble care packages.

We'll try to accommodate your regular meeting times if we can.

   This is so great and easy to do. Follow this link to select the card you would like to send
        and type your message - it’s as easy as that! The WWP Communications team will print the
         cards and provide them to program staff for distribution at hospitals and during WWP events.
